Our Clients & Partners
GMA partners with world-class technology companies to manufacture and distribute advanced products across Africa.
Technology Partners
GMA holds manufacturing and distribution rights for world-class products across Africa. Each partnership is the result of sustained technical and commercial due diligence.

"Where green energy meets agriculture"
Aftrak is a UK-based agricultural technology company developing the AFT-e1 electric tractor — a purpose-built micro-scale machine designed for Africa's smallholder farming sector. Winner of the $1 million Milken-Motsepe Prize in Green Energy, Aftrak's integrated system combines electric mechanisation, solar-powered charging, and Deep Bed Farming methodology to deliver up to three times the crop yield while eliminating fossil fuel dependency.
GMA holds the exclusive African manufacturing and distribution rights for the AFT-e1 and its 17-implement range — a partnership nearly two years in the making — with production planned at GMA's Cape Town facility and distribution across 8 SADC markets.
Partnership Pipeline
Phase 2 (Battery Manufacturing) and Phase 3 (Electric Mobility) technology partners to be announced.
What GMA Looks For in a Partner
Proven Technology
Products with demonstrated commercial success in at least one international market — not prototypes or early-stage concepts.
African Market Fit
Products suited to African operating conditions, infrastructure realities, and price points — not simply repurposed for the market.
Manufacturability
Products with a clear path to local assembly or manufacturing, with progressively increasing local content over time.
Defensible IP
Clear ownership of intellectual property and the ability to grant exclusive or preferred manufacturing and distribution rights for Africa.
Commercial Scale
Sufficient demand potential across the SADC region to justify dedicated manufacturing capacity and distribution infrastructure.
Long-term Alignment
Partners who share GMA's commitment to Africa as a primary market, not a secondary export destination.
